Request for Proposals-RFP

The Government of the District of Columbia (the “District”), through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (“DMPED”), issues a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to “Prequalified Respondents” (“Respondents”) identified in the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) process related to the disposition and redevelopment of approximately 66 acres (“Site”)  located on the property formerly known as the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (“WRAMC”) upon the District’s planned acquisition of the Site from the United States Army (“Army”).
