DRAFT-Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST)

The public was notified by the US Army of the availability of the draft Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST) for the Former Walter Reed Army Medical Center 66.25-acre federal surplus parcel on Thursday, March 5th. The proposed action is to dispose of the surplus parcel of land and its associated buildings to the District of Columbia Local Redevelopment Authority for reuse.

Interested parties are invited to review and comment on the draft FOST within 30 days of publication. Comments must be received by Monday, April 6, 2015.  A copy of the draft FOST can be found here, as well as the 2015 Environmental Conditions of Property (ECP) Update, here.
