Proposed Zoning Report issued by the Office of Planning

The Office of Planning issues memorandum to District of Columbia Zoning Commission proposing a new zone category at Walter Reed. This proposal would include eight individual zones, and contains the Council-adopted 2013 Walter Reed Army Medical Center Small Area Plan. The Zoning Commission will make their decision whether or not to setdown the report for a hearing this coming spring on December 8^th  2014.
